Margot Stephenson (Founder) has spent the last 17 years creating social strategies for brands. While leading Global Social for Sonos, she built a cross-functional team that managed inbound customer support and published outbound clever creative in 9 languages.

Over the past 7 years, leading Facts & Feelings inc, Margot has had the privilege of supporting social strategy and building social teams for: American Heart Association, Oura, Markforged, YouTube and many others. She's hooked on how great creative unites us in unique communities online. Margot has a passino for social media and a mix of modern marketing prowess, rich knowledge of changing interactive platforms, and a creative vision. On the side, she has nearly completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and uses those insights to inform thoughtful marketing.

Margot maintains an active community of 20+ pre-vetted subcontractors with different skillsets that can advise and jump-into social teams depending on the needs of each brand client.
